Cristiano Ronaldo Jr, son of Manchester United and star Portugal forward Cristiano Ronaldo, scored his second goal for Manchester United’s Under-12 team as they beat Girones Sabat 5-0 in a youth tournament in Spain. The 11-year-old started the game on the bench and was brought on in the second half, as United had already begun their run in the game. 68 minutes into the game, Ronaldo Jr made a low cross, headed high and fired from close range. He then pulled out his father’s iconic ‘Siuuu’ celebration.

Ronaldo Jr, who has joined United’s academy, scored his first goal for the club just two weeks ago against West Bromwich Albion.

On the other hand, Cristiano Ronaldo rejoined Manchester United last summer, he left the club to sign for Real Madrid in the summer of 2009 for a then-record transfer fee of £80 million.

During his nine seasons in Madrid, Ronaldo won four Champions League titles and two La Liga titles, among other accolades.

Ronaldo, a five-time Ballon d’Or winner, then joined Italian giants Juventus in the summer of 2018, and spent three seasons in Turin, winning the Serie A title in his first two seasons.

The 37-year-old has, so far, scored 18 goals for United in all competitions and will score a few more before the season ends.

United, however, have not been in their best form this season.

After being knocked out of the Champions League and two Domestic Cups, United are seventh on the scoresheet, six behind fourth-placed Tottenham Hotspur.
